Our newly developed `Transfer Lanyard` has been designed for the transfer of personnel to and from the turbines. This is a very rapid method of attachment and release which offers a double action snap hook integrated with webbing connector to a captured triple action karabiner. The new `Transfer Lanyard’ has been designed so the snap hook can be accessed if the technician is in the water and the life jacket is inflated. It has been identified in recent trials that the access to the A point on the harness is restricted when the life jacket is inflated potentially making the lifting or releasing of a casualty difficult.

During the transfer process this new product can be used to attach the Yoyo /Latchway quicker meaning the transferring personnel are less likely to be effected by the movement of the vessel during transfer.
We have become aware that there is a product on the market at present that uses the Kong Frog. We are able to supply the Kong Frog but feel our new product offers superior safety as it utilises items already being used in the industry so there is less possibility of miss interpretation of the use of this product.
