Ocean Signal M100 AIS & 121.5 (Hire)

The M100 MSLD (Maritime Survivor Locating Device) from Ocean Signal has been designed to meet the needs of the professional marine market and its offshore workers. The M100 and M100X can be fitted to a life jacket or immersion suit and will automatically activate on inflation of the jacket or on submersion when fitted to the suit. Once activated the M100 will transmit an alert to all AIS receivers and AIS enabled plotters in the vicinity. The M100 also transmit a 121.5 MHz homing signal in addition to the AIS. The integrated 66 channel GPS ensures a position update is provided every minute via AIS.

The M100 and M100X are approved and independently examined for compatibility and function with the WIN TECH SOLAS AIS &amp , SAR Life Jackets. When purchased with the WIN TECH AIS & SAR Life jackets it includes free fitting and free function test when returned to WFE Safety for life jacket annual inspection.
